The spa is designed for relaxation and comfort. Out of consideration for other clients, mobile phones should be switched off during your visit.
A security deposit of up to 50% may be charged at the time of booking for spa packages or treatments.
Clients should arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time for preparation and changing so treatments can begin at the scheduled time.
The spa provides Thai pyjamas, towels, undergarments, shower gowns, and slippers for all clients without charge.
Cancellations or amendments should be made at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Failure to do so may result in the full service rate being charged or the deposit becoming non-refundable.
If you are running late, please call the spa. If rescheduling is not possible, your treatment may be shortened so it still ends at the original scheduled time.
Management cannot accept responsibility for personal items that are lost or damaged on the premises.
The minimum age for access to the spa is 16. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Gift vouchers are ideal for special occasions and can be personalised and sent on your behalf.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
Appointments need to commence at least one hour before closing time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
